Q8: Return/Warranty
a. No refunds are offered. Only defective goods are offered exchange within 1 month since goods delivered
b. All items required exchange or fully refund should be returned back to us with the original package and no signs of abuse or damage, we will issue refunds or exchange after receiving the returned items
c. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If you find any defective goods, please follow the rules below to ask for exchange:
1. E-mail to us to get the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please include the item number on the e-mail.
2. Send the items back to us and tell us by e-mail.
3. We will exchange the items after receiving the returned package
